Fitness with The Fit Doula 

  Jenna-Rae will be putting mama's +kiddos through a kid friendly, postpartum safe fitness workout that is suitable for all fitness levels! A great way to bond with your kiddo and get a great workout in! Our workout will be a fun mix of body weight exercises, postpartum friendly core work, and partner exercises with little one! Let's get moving, burn off some energy + share some laughs! 

Music + Sensory Play with Strawbubs

  Strawbubs is an exciting and interactive music, sensory and movement class for little ones. Classes are packed full of fun and engaging activities and use a variety of props including musical instruments, sensory scarves, a rainbow parachute, puppets, lots of bubbles and light up props for our special sensory time. American Sign Language is also weaved in to enchance early communication skills. Strawbubs is all about creating lasting memories, while fostering a strong parent-child connection. 

Social 

Enjoy some social time with other mama's + their kiddos! Coffee, Tea + Healthy snacks will be provided.

Important Info

-Ticket price is $30 for ONE mama + ONE child. 

-Ideal AGE for child would be under one/not quite walking yet, BUT Toddlers are more than welcome!

There is plenty of parking right outside the church! (Please don't park in any of the disabled spaces). 

Arrival Information

Use the far LEFT door with the Strawbubs sign on to enter the church and go down the stairs to your left. Follow the corridor around to the right and you'll see the space at the end of the corridor, where classes will be hosted.
